Yin Yoga 

Yin Yoga is the perfect antidote to balance our modern and often stressful lives. Beautifully slow-paced style of yoga that consists of longer held passive floor asana (poses) with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving our flexibility and range of motion. Aiming to restore, revive and balance body, mind and soul.

This style of yoga enhances deep release and may improve our joint’s range of motion. Enhancing Qi flow in the tissues and surrounding joints where energy often stagnates to ultimately support organ health, strengthen the immune system, and nourish our emotional wellbeing.

Yin also offers a mindful and meditative approach to yoga that allows for stillness and quietening of the mind.

Acu Yin 

Yin Yoga with Acupressure 

Integrating seasonal Yin Yoga classes with acupressure to offer deeper synergistic effects by blending of 2 ancient healing modalities to balance and relax the body.
